Like millions of pet owners, I walked my dog every day. Picking up after him was routine — but every time I used a conventional waste bag, I ran into the same problems. The opening was awkward to keep open, the thin neck stretched or tore under pressure, and the whole process felt less hygienic than it should have been.
"Why hasn't anyone redesigned the bag itself?"
That question became the beginning of FlexNeck. Instead of accepting the limitations of traditional disposable bags, I designed a new containment system built around a reinforced stretch-opening — one that makes hand insertion easier while creating a deeper, more secure pouch for cleaner, safer disposal.
What started as a solution for pet waste revealed something bigger: the same core technology could improve disposable containment across pet care, baby care, healthcare, feminine hygiene, janitorial services, industrial safety, travel, and beyond.
Today, FlexNeck is protected by a patent-pending invention designed not as a single product, but as a platform technology with broad licensing potential.
